The problem

Founders are told to post. Nobody says what for.

  • You post three times, get eleven likes from other founders, and quietly stop.
  • Your company page has 400 followers and reaches about nine of them.
  • You've been told to "build in public" but not what to say, or to whom.
  • The investors you want already scroll LinkedIn. They have never seen your name.
  • You suspect it works for other people and looks like a full-time job.

It isn't a full-time job. It's ninety minutes on a Monday and ten minutes a day — but only once you know who you're writing for. That's what the guide is about.

A post that reaches 40,000 strangers and none of your buyers is a worse post than one that reaches 900 and eleven of them.

Creators need audiences because they sell attention. You are not a creator.

You sell a product, equity, and a place to work — and each of those has a buyer you could name. Roughly forty who could sign, twenty-five who could fund you, ten you'd hire tomorrow. Add the people they trust and you land near three hundred.

Three hundred is the entire game. If those people see you think clearly, twice a week, for six months, you won't need a funnel. You'll need a calendar.

What's inside

Thirteen sections. No filler.

01

The room, not the audience

Why three hundred right people beats thirty thousand wrong ones — and why you post as a person, not a page.

02

Build your room

Three lists, thirty minutes. The highest-leverage half hour in the document.

03

Your profile is a landing page

Not a résumé. Four fixes in order, with a before and after.

04

Top, middle, bottom

What to post at each funnel stage, what each one does, and the ratio between them.

05

THBM — the perfect post

Topic, Hook, Body, Media. The four moving parts and the rules for each.

06

Three hook mechanisms

How to build a curiosity gap on purpose, with a worked example of each.

07

CPIO — decide before you write

Convey, Packaging, Information, Order. Four questions asked before the first sentence.

08

Twelve prompts

Mapped to funnel stage. Fill in the blanks and you have a month of posts.

09

A cadence you can keep

Ninety minutes on Monday, ten minutes a day. That's the whole system.

10

Post → profile → DM → call

The mechanic that turns attention into meetings, with the messages written out.

11

What kills founder posts

Seven habits that quietly cap your reach. All of them self-inflicted.

12

Your first thirty days

Week by week, starting Monday — including what month one realistically looks like.

13

Measure the right things

Two numbers that matter. Why likes and followers aren't either of them.

Who wrote this

I'm Angelina.

I build LinkedIn presence for founders — the strategy, the content plan, and the posts themselves — so that the people who matter to your company find you before you need them to.

I'm not an agency and I'm not running ten accounts. I work with one founder at a time, which is the only way this is done properly.

  • Before 18I started working in tech before I graduated high school — because I knew where to show up and how to build visibility without burning my time and energy on things that don't compound.
  • At 19I landed a high-paying tech job in Miami. I got it because people already knew who I was through LinkedIn, before I ever applied.
  • NowRunning content strategy and writing posts for a founder — his investors message him directly to book calls and meetings.
The download

Sixty names. Three tiers. Three posts a week.

That's the whole strategy. It isn't complicated and it isn't fast, which is why most founders won't do it — and why it still works for the ones who do.

  • 16 pages, designed to be read once and used weekly
  • Two frameworks — THBM and CPIO — plus the DM scripts
  • A thirty-day plan you can start on Monday

Work with me

Or I run the whole thing for you.

I'm taking one founder on a free pilot. You get the strategy, the profile, and the posts written for you. I get a case study and an honest testimonial at the end. That's the entire trade — no fee, no card, no contract to exit.

01

Strategy & your room

We build the sixty names — buyers, capital, talent — and map your funnel: what you post at the top, middle and bottom, and in what ratio for your specific ICP.

02

Profile rewrite

Headline, banner, About and Featured, rewritten as a landing page instead of a résumé. Done in week one, before a single post drives traffic to it.

03

Posts, written for you

Three a week, drafted in your voice using THBM, with the hook mechanism chosen deliberately. You approve, adjust, or bin them. Nothing goes out without you.

What it costs you

Nothing, and about an hour a week

The money isn't the price. The real cost is your time, and it's non-negotiable, because posts written without you sound like nobody:

  • One 45-minute call in week one, so I can get your actual stories, opinions and numbers
  • Roughly 20 minutes a week reviewing drafts
  • Ten minutes a day commenting as yourself — I can't do this part for you
What I get

Proof I can show the next founder

A written case study with real numbers, and an honest testimonial — including if parts of it didn't work. I'd rather have a truthful one than a glowing one.

  • Permission to publish what changed and why
  • Your honest verdict at the end, good or bad
One thing I'd rather say now than at day 30. Month one is setup. You'll get the strategy, a rebuilt profile and your first posts — but the numbers will look quiet, and that's the correct result, not a failure. LinkedIn compounds; it doesn't spike. If you want visible traction inside four weeks, this isn't the right thing for you and I'd rather tell you that before we start than after.

Ask about the pilot

Tell me what you're building and who you need to reach. I read every one and I'll reply either way.

Or email me directly at ang.flooow@gmail.com — whichever is easier.
